Wisconsin Vape Ban

On November 14, 2023, Wisconsin passed SB 268. This bill includes many new laws relating to tax evasion, tobacco licenses, and alcohol beverages and licenses. This bill also changes the laws about how Electronic Vaping Devices may be sold, which deeply affects Faze's Tobacco.

Here's what you need to know:

  • Beginning September 1, 2025 it will be unlawful to offer for sale any Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (EDNS) not listed on the DOR’s registry of approved devices.

  • Currently, the only major vapor products listed on the directory are Juul, Vuse, and NJoy.

  • This is not a ban on possession or consumption.

  • Amendment 234 allows us to offer devices for sale which do not contain nicotine, but do contain hemp. Enforcement for laws pertaining to the registry of such devices has been delayed until September 1, 2026.
