No Minors allowed. Be prepared to present a valid state-issued ID.
Please do not bring your children into the store.
Shoes & Shirt required.
Treat other patrons and staff with respect. We have a zero tolerance policy for harassment of all forms.
Do not reach into locked cases. If you decide to reach in, you assume all liability for any broken product.
Pets are allowed in the store, but they must be on a leash.
Humidor Rules
Maximum 2 people inside the humidor at once.
No pets allowed inside the humidor.
No backpacks allowed inside the humidor.
No food or drinks allowed inside the humidor.
No vaping inside the humidor.
Remote Ordering Terms & Conditions
Faze's Tobacco reserves the right to deny service to anyone, for any reason.
Orders must be picked up by an adult over the age of 21 with a valid state-issued ID.
Faze's Tobacco will never ask for payment over the phone or through a website. You must pay for your order in person at the time of pickup.
We cannot hold orders for longer than ONE day. If your order is not picked up on the pickup date, it will be unpacked.
